Celebrity Baby Bumps- How to Prepare Your Body for Baby!

What does Hilary Duff, Kourtney Kardashian, Snooki, Jessica Simpson, Vanessa Manillo, Alyson Hannigan, Uma Thurman, Sienna Miller, Kristin Cavallari, and Alessandra Ambrosio have in common? I can keep going if you still need a hit. They are all expecting a child! Okay, so it isn’t just me. Not only do I know a ton of people having children or expecting but HOLLYWOOD is experiencing the same trend (for lack of better word, babies are not a fad by any means) as well. So many celebrities are pregnant or new mommies. This crosses over into my personal life because I know so many new mommies and expectant mothers as well.

I think it is pretty cool. Well, I guess I’m at “that age”. Haha. I would be lying if I said I didn’t want to have a child. I definitely would love to, but I would have to make some changes to my lifestyle first (i.e. stop being such a damn busy body). In the meantime, I have been researching steps that women should take in order to prepare the body for a baby. It seems obvious, but I’m discovering many action items that women can take get ready.
